Section 113 — Amendment of Financial Holding Companies Act 2013
Section 53 of the Financial Holding Companies Act 2013 (Act 13 of 2013) is amended by deleting paragraph (f) of the definition of “prescribed written law” and substituting the following paragraph:“(f)
Payment Services Act 2019;”.
