§ 76E — Requirement to appear for examination

76E.—(1) For the purpose of an investigation under this Division, the Authority may, in writing, require a person —(a)

to give to the Authority all reasonable assistance in connection with the investigation; and

(b)

to appear before an officer of the Authority duly authorised by the Authority for examination and to answer questions.

(2) A written requirement imposed under subsection (1) must state the general nature of the matter mentioned in that subsection.[Act 12 of 2024 wef 24/01/2025]
