§ 76S — Interpretation of this Division
76S. In this Division ––“Commercial Affairs Officer” means a Commercial Affairs Officer appointed under section 64 of the Police Force Act 2004;
“police officer” means a member of the Singapore Police Force.[Act 12 of 2024 wef 24/01/2025]
