  1. This Act is the Reciprocal Enforcement of Commonwealth Judgments (Repeal) Act 2019 and comes into operation on a date that the Minister appoints by notification in the Gazette.

  5. For a period of 2 years after the appointed date, the Minister may, by regulations, prescribe such additional provisions of a saving or transitional nature consequent on the enactment of any provision of this Act as the Minister may consider necessary or expedient.
