§ 4 — Consequential amendment to International Arbitration Act

4.—(1) Section 33 of the International Arbitration Act (Cap. 143A, 2002 Ed.) is amended by deleting subsection (2).(2) Despite subsection (1), section 33(2) of the International Arbitration Act as in force immediately before the appointed date continues to apply to a foreign award (within the meaning of that Act) made before that date and registrable under the repealed Act, including by the application of section 2(2).
