s 21 Compensation for any animal or bird destroyed

21.—(1) No compensation is payable in respect of any animal or bird which has been destroyed under section 20. (2) Despite subsection (1), the Minister may authorise the payment of such sum as the Minister may determine as compensation in respect of any animal or bird which has been destroyed.
