s 108 Copy of entry to be given to parties

108. On the completion of the registration of any marriage or revocation of divorce, the Kadi or Naib Kadi (as the case may be) must give to each of the parties a copy of the certificate of marriage or certificate of revocation of divorce.[Act 4 of 2024 wef 01/07/2024]
