s 130 Omission to register within prescribed time

130.—(1) Any person who, being required by this Act to effect the registration of any marriage or revocation of divorce, omits to do so within the prescribed time shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $500. (2) Any person who contravenes section 102(5) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $500.
