s 15 Quorum

15.—(1) No business, with the exception of adjournment, may be transacted and no resolution or action of the Majlis is valid unless at least one-third of the members is present at the meeting. (2) The Majlis may, subject to subsection (1), act despite any vacancy in its membership.
