s 27 Secrecy

27.—(1) The proceedings of the Majlis are to be secret. (2) No member or servant of the Majlis may disclose or divulge to any person, other than the President of Singapore or the Minister or any member of the Majlis, any matter which has arisen at any meeting unless he or she is expressly authorised or allowed by the provisions of any written law to do so.[5/2018]
