s 4 Majlis to be a corporation

4.—(1) The Majlis is a body corporate under the name of Majlis Ugama Islam, Singapura having perpetual succession and a corporate seal. (2) The seal of the Majlis may be broken, changed, altered and made anew as to the Majlis seems fit.
