s 46B Divorce by husband’s pronouncement
46B.—(1) A married man may apply to the Court for a divorce in accordance with the Muslim law.[33/2017]
(2) Upon receiving an application under subsection (1), the Court must cause a summons to be served on the wife concerned.[33/2017]
(3) If the man pronounces a divorce, and the Court is satisfied that the divorce is valid in accordance with the Muslim law, the Court must cause the divorce to be registered.[33/2017]
