s 70 Appeal

70.—(1) Any person may make objection to the Majlis against any demand for payment by the person of zakat and fitrah. (2) The Majlis is to consider such objection and may order that such person must pay the amount of zakat and fitrah demanded from the person, or such lesser amount as to the Majlis seems proper or may order that such person is not liable in any one or more years to pay zakat and fitrah or either.
