s 73 Financial provisions with respect to trust, wakaf, nazar and mosque

73. The financial provisions set out in the Second Schedule apply to all mosques and all properties, investments and assets vested in the Majlis subject to any trust, wakaf or nazar which do not form part of the General Endowment Fund.[Act 4 of 2024 wef 01/08/2024]
