s 80 Contributions from other persons

80.—(1) Despite section 78, the Majlis may receive contributions to the Mosque Building and Mendaki Fund from any Muslim person. (2) Nothing in this Act is to be construed as precluding the Majlis from receiving contributions to the Mosque Building and Mendaki Fund from any person who is not of the Muslim faith.
