s 90 Appointment of Registrar of Muslim Marriages
90.—(1) The President of Singapore may appoint either by name or office any male Muslim of good character and position and of suitable attainments to be the Registrar of Muslim Marriages.

(3) The President of Singapore may at any time cancel the appointment.[Act 5 of 2025 wef 09/03/2025]
(4) An appointment under subsection (1), and any cancellation under subsection (3), must be published in the Gazette.[Act 5 of 2025 wef 09/03/2025]
