s 6 Trafficking in guns

6.—(1) Any person trafficking in guns shall be guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be punished with —(a) death; or (b) imprisonment for life and with caning with not less than 6 strokes.[Act 3 of 2021 wef 01/07/2025] (2) [Deleted by Act 3 of 2021 wef 01/07/2025][Act 3 of 2021 wef 01/07/2025]
