s 15 Duration and renewal of operating permit
15.—(1) An operating permit —(a)
is valid, unless it has earlier lapsed or been revoked or suspended, for such period, not exceeding 12 months starting on the date of its issue, as may be specified in the operating permit; and
(b)
may be renewed upon its expiry.
(2) An application for the renewal of an operating permit must be made in accordance with the prescribed requirements.
