s 6 Functions and powers of Committee

6.—(1) The Committee is to assist the Authority in the discharge of the Authority’s functions under section 3. (2) Subject to any general or special direction given by the Authority, the Committee has the power to do anything for the purpose of discharging its functions under this Act, or which is incidental or conducive to the discharge of those functions.[Act 36 of 2022 wef 01/04/2023]
