s 14 Free-to-air broadcasting services

14.—(1) A free-to-air licensee must provide broadcasting services in such language as may be specified in its licence. (2) Each free-to-air broadcasting service must be broadcast for at least such number of hours during each day as may be specified in the free-to-air licence.
