s 25 Transmission area requirements
25.—(1) A broadcasting licensee must, within the time that may be specified in its broadcasting licence, broadcast in a manner that enables its broadcasting services to be received to the satisfaction of the Authority in all parts of Singapore or any parts of Singapore that the Authority may specify. (2) If the Authority so directs, a free-to-air licensee must publish, in the manner that the Authority may require, notice of the commencement dates for broadcasting its broadcasting services and the areas of Singapore within which its broadcasting services may be received satisfactorily.
