s 45B Application
45B. This Part applies to and in relation to any content that is provided on any online communication service and is accessible by any Singapore end-user except that if the content was published on the Internet before the date of commencement of section 5 of the Online Safety (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2022, this Part does not apply to the content on an online communication service unless the content remains accessible to a Singapore end-user of the service on or after that date.[Act 38 of 2022 wef 01/02/2023]
