s 45G Defence
45G. In a prosecution of the person for an offence against section 45E(1) or 45F(1), it is a defence for the person charged to prove, on a balance of probabilities, that —(a)
it was not reasonably practicable to do more than what was in fact done to satisfy the duty in section 45J; and
(b)
there was no better practicable means than was in fact used to satisfy the duty in section 45J.[Act 38 of 2022 wef 01/02/2023]
