s 45P Regulations

45P.—(1) The Authority may, with the approval of the Minister, make regulations which are required or permitted to be prescribed by this Part or are necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Part. (2) All subsidiary legislation made under this Part must be presented to Parliament as soon as possible after publication in the Gazette.[Act 38 of 2022 wef 01/02/2023]
