s 5 Power of Authority to grant licences

5.—(1) The Authority may grant the following licences:(a) broadcasting licences; (b) broadcasting apparatus licences. (2) The Authority may grant licences under subsection (1) in such categories as the Authority may determine are appropriate for the regulation of the broadcasting industry.
