s 60 Exemption

60. The Minister may, subject to any terms and conditions that the Minister may impose, by order in the Gazette, exempt —(a) any class or description of shares or interests in shares from section 35 or 36 or both; and (b) any person or class of persons from all or any of the provisions of this Act or any subsidiary legislation made under this Act.
