s 108 Power to open packages and examine goods

108. Any proper officer of customs may — ( a ) examine any goods in the course of being imported or exported or intended to be imported or exported; ( b ) for the purposes of such examination direct the goods to be brought to a customs office or a customs station; and ( c ) open any package or receptacle.
