29. —(1) The Director‑General may, on an application made in accordance with the Schedule, make a ruling on any of the matters specified in the Schedule in accordance with the Schedule. [3/2008] (2) The Schedule applies to and in connection with an application under subsection (1) and any ruling made by the Director‑General under that subsection. [3/2008] (3) The Minister may, by order in the Gazette , amend, add to or revoke the whole or any part of the Schedule.
