s 92 Service of notices
92. —(1) Every notice or document required by this Act to be served on any person may be served — ( a ) by delivering the notice or document to the person; ( b ) by sending the notice or document by registered post addressed to the person at the person’s usual or last known place of residence or business; ( c ) where the person is a body of persons or a company — (i) by delivering the notice or document to the secretary or other similar officer of the body of persons or company at its registered office or principal place of business; or (ii) by sending the notice or document addressed to the body of persons or company at its registered office or principal place of business; or ( d ) by an electronic notice transmitted in accordance with section 86.
