s 56 Prosecution of offences

56. Proceedings in respect of any offence under this Act or any regulations made under this Act may, with the authorisation of the Public Prosecutor, be conducted by any public officer who is authorised to conduct such proceedings by the Commissioner.[47A [15/2010]
