49. —(1) The Minister may, from time to time, make regulations generally for carrying out or giving effect to the purposes and provisions of this Act. (2) Without limiting subsection (1), the Minister may make regulations for or with respect to all or any of the following matters: ( a ) the procedure or practice for the conduct of any inquiry before a Coroner, including provisions relating to the mode of taking or recording evidence during an inquiry; ( b ) the rate for remuneration of assessors appointed to assist a Coroner; ( c ) the prescribing of anything required or permitted to be prescribed under this Act. —(1) The Minister may, from time to time, make regulations generally for carrying out or giving effect to the purposes and provisions of this Act.
