Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore Act 2009 s 4

s 4 Reconstitution of Authority

4. From 1 July 2009, the Authority continues in existence and continues to be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal, capable of suing and being sued in its corporate name and performing such other acts as bodies corporate may by law perform, and may exercise and perform such other powers and functions as are conferred by or under this Act or other written law.
