Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore Act 2009 s 41

s 41 Restriction on transfer of airport licence

41.—(1) No airport licence may be transferred to any person without the prior consent in writing of the Authority. (2) Any purported transfer of an airport licence in contravention of this section is void and of no effect.
