Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore Act 2009 s 6

s 6 Constitution of Authority

6.—(1) The Authority consists of the following members:(a) a Chairperson; and (b) such other members as the Minister may from time to time determine, being not less than 3. (2) The First Schedule has effect with respect to the Authority, its members and its proceedings.
