Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore Act 2009 s 98

s 98 Power to exempt

98. The Authority may, with the approval of the Minister, by order in the Gazette, exempt any person or development from all or any of the provisions (or any part of any provision) of this Act (except section 36).[Act 20 of 2024 wef 01/04/2025]
