s 103 Gaming machines in casinos

103.—(1) A casino operator must not use, or allow to be used, any gaming machine in its casino unless —(a) the gaming machine has been obtained from an approved manufacturer or approved supplier approved by the Authority under section 103A; (b) the gaming machine is approved, or one of a class of gaming machines approved by the Authority, and complies with such technical standards and other requirements as may be prescribed; (c) where the gaming machines are required to be tested and certified, the testing has been carried out by an approved test service provider approved by the Authority under section 103A; and (d) the number of gaming machines available for gaming in the casino does not exceed such number as the Authority may determine.[36/2012] (2) Any casino operator which contravenes subsection (1) shall be liable to disciplinary action.[36/2012]
