s 113 Payment of claim after decision
113.—(1) Unless otherwise allowed by the Authority, the person ordered to make payment to the other party must do so within 30 days of —(a)
the decision of the committee under section 112; or
(b)
where an appeal was made under section 114, the decision of the Authority under that section.[36/2012]
(2) Failure of a casino operator to pay within the time specified in subsection (1) is grounds for disciplinary action.
