Casino Control Act 2006 s 141

s 141 Accounts to be kept

141.—(1) A casino operator must keep such accounting and other records as correctly record and explain the transactions and financial position of the casino operator.[Act 29 of 2024 wef 30/10/2024] (2) The accounting and other records must be kept in such a manner as will enable true and fair financial statements, accounts and other documents required to be attached to the financial statements to be prepared from time to time and the financial statements, accounts and other documents required to be attached to the financial statements to be conveniently and properly audited.[Act 29 of 2024 wef 30/10/2024] (3) Any casino operator who fails to comply with subsection (1) or (2) shall be liable to disciplinary action.
