s 175A Entering casino on false pretences

175A. Any person who enters any casino by pretending to be some other person, or by using another person’s identification document, shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 years or to both.[36/2012]
