s 197A Amendment of Second Schedule
197A.—(1) The Minister may by order in the Gazette, amend, add to or vary the Second Schedule.[36/2012]
(2) The Minister may, in any order made under subsection (1), make such incidental, consequential or supplementary provision as may be necessary or expedient.[36/2012]
(3) Any order made under subsection (1) must be presented to Parliament as soon as possible after publication in the Gazette.[36/2012]
