s 41 Two casinos only

41.—(1) The Authority must, during the period ending on (and including) 31 December 2030, ensure that there are not more than 2 casino licences in force under this Act at any particular time.[Act 1 of 2022 wef 01/03/2022] (2) A casino licence is to apply to one casino only.
