s 5 Authority responsible to administer Act

5. It is the function of the Authority to exercise licensing and regulatory functions in accordance with this Act with respect to the operation of casinos in Singapore, and to administer this Act where not expressly otherwise provided.[Act 14 of 2022 wef 01/08/2022]
