s 94 Effect, etc., of suspension

94.—(1) During any period of suspension of a special employee licence, the licensee is deemed not to be the holder of a special employee licence. (2) Without prejudice to section 93A(2), the Authority may, at any time, terminate or reduce a period of suspension of a special employee licence.[36/2012]
