s 99 Casino layout to comply with prescribed requirements
99.—(1) A casino operator must, in relation to its casino —(a)
ensure that the casino layout of the casino complies with such requirements as the Authority may prescribe; and
(b)
notify the Authority before making any changes to the casino layout.[36/2012]
(2) Any casino operator which contravenes subsection (1) shall be liable to disciplinary action.[36/2012]
