s 13 Exclusion of certain classes of persons

13. This Part or any provision of this Part does not apply to —(a) any class of employees; (b) any class of self-employed persons; or (c) any class of employers, that the Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, specify. [28/2008; 12/2013]
