s 13O Damaging, altering, etc., detection and monitoring equipment
13O. Any person who without reasonable excuse —(a) damages or alters; or (b) obstructs or impairs the proper functioning of, any detection and monitoring equipment that has been installed in a place of residence or in the vicinity of a place of residence by a community relations officer or an auxiliary community relations officer pursuant to his or her powers under section 13I or 13J shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both.
