s 13ZB Exemption

13ZB. The Minister may, by order in the Gazette, exempt any person or class of persons from all or any of the provisions of this Part, either generally or in a particular case and subject to any condition that the Minister may impose.[Act 43 of 2024 wef 24/03/2025]
