s 14 Community Disputes Resolution Tribunals
14.—(1) For the purposes of this Act, the Presiding Judge of the State Courts may —(a)
designate one or more District Courts as Community Disputes Resolution Tribunals; and[Act 43 of 2024 wef 24/03/2025]
(b)
designate so many District Judges, as may be necessary, as tribunal judges for the Community Disputes Resolution Tribunals.
(2) A tribunal is to be presided over by a tribunal judge designated under subsection (1)(b).
