Community Disputes Resolution Act 2015 s 26

s 26 Appeals from tribunal

26.—(1) Subject to subsection (2), an appeal lies to the General Division of the High Court only against a decision, a direction or an order of a tribunal —(a) on any ground involving a question of law; (b) on the ground that the claim was outside the jurisdiction of the tribunal; (c) made under section 6(2) or (3), 9(2), 11A, 12A, 31B, 31C, 31D or 31E; or[Act 43 of 2024 wef 01/09/2026] (d) which is a final order.[40/2019] (2) An appeal lies to the General Division of the High Court under this section only if permission to appeal is given by a tribunal.[40/2019] [Act 25 of 2021 wef 01/04/2022] (3) An order of the tribunal giving or refusing permission under subsection (2) is final and is not subject to any appeal.[Act 25 of 2021 wef 01/04/2022]
