s 4 Application
4.—(1) This Act applies to any drug dealing offence or foreign drug dealing offence whether committed before or after 30 November 1993.[21/2014] (2) Nothing in this Act imposes any duty or confer any power on any court in or in connection with any proceedings under this Act against a person for a drug dealing offence in respect of which the person has been convicted by a court before 30 November 1993.[21/2014] (3) This Act applies to any serious offence or foreign serious offence whether committed before or after 13 September 1999. (4) Nothing in this Act imposes any duty or confers any power on any court in connection with any proceedings under this Act against a person for a serious offence in respect of which the person has been convicted by a court before 13 September 1999. (5) This Act applies to any property, whether it is situated in Singapore or elsewhere.[3
